Hell yeah I was hoping that’s what it was

What’s the difference between a chickpea and a garbanzo bean?
I wouldn’t pay $200 to have a garbanzo bean on my face.
That is hard fuckin core
Most good tradesfolk are, basically - they’re just also a journey/master at their chosen trade. Plumbers, carpenters, HVAC, electricians, masons, everyone has to work together so you pick up some of what they do just by osmosis. Later on you’ll be doing something totally different and go “oh wait I saw those guys do that this way, that makes sense now”.
The number of problems you can solve scales logarithmically with the amount of skills you learn.
No gods no masters

Max Stirner? In my 196? I’m for it.
Don’t worry, Trump now will see him as The Enemy and use everything at his disposal against him.
McConnell just might be the first one to draw the ire this term.
I read it was based on Brian’s books, which just about every Dune fan I’ve ever spoken to has completely ignored. I know I have. Hell, I haven’t even finished the last two Frank books (frankly it’s just a weird slog after God Emperor).
Idk I’m not terribly surprised. I’m here to see the main Dune saga brought to the wider public finally, so non-readers will at least get to see the point and not just be left watching Paul “win” again. Anything else is unnecessary until we get there IMO.
Have you gotten a biopsy, that’s probably cancer
I wonder how profitable they actually are. The ad money must be reasonably good to justify the risk.
Though I suppose the risk is exactly why these sites are run from the countries they typically are…
Odor elimination sprays help but your best bet is changing your shirt and washing your hands/face at least
It’s not too strong after a little while, just give yourself time if you need to. But most people just don’t care as long as you don’t make it a big deal.
I too am in a conundrum. I like the idea of Linux a lot, but pretty much all I use my laptop for is a) Excel and b) very rarely games, neither of which make sense to use Linux for.
I’ll build a home server at some point and I think that’ll be my start.
Does every household in New Guinea speak a different language or wtf is going on there
I kinda love the conjugation and declensions in Latin, it’s a language where once you learn the rules you know exactly how that word fits. You can almost throw sentence structure out the window. I find that neat, it must’ve been a fun language for poets.
Gay mom is from a basically all-female race of aliens. They’re pretty much gay by default. But she and a few others got stuck here for a long time and she was kinda interested in men from time to time.
That’s about as short as the answer gets lol
My problem is I forget half of what was going on and lose all momentum. At least with like Darkest Dungeon or Vampire Survivors I get some progression between runs.
But yeah I’ll check that out, thanks!
I hope we do. I started working for myself and I’ve only got my tools on maybe 30hrs a week now, it’s pretty great. Most days I can put in a solid 5 or 6 hours and be good. I want that for everyone.
Pen and paper Shadowrun was my first and still main cyberpunk game. And I really haven’t played it much.
I’m a fan of the genre in general but cyberpunk games tend to be expansive dialogue-driven RPGs that my middle-aged ass ain’t got time for. It’s a shame, I’d probably love the writing for Disco Elysium and Cyberpunk 2077, but if I’ve only got so many gaming hours in a week, imma likely spend it on a roguelite or action game instead for the excitement and dopamine. Just being real.
I did go on a nice Philip K Dick spree for a while and enjoy his stories. William Gibson was difficult when I first gave Neuromancer a read and I didn’t look into him farther, but I’m probably due. Another backlog for the fire.
The article even references it lol
Literally impossible
