You know damn well that idiots like this don’t check their tires before heading out on the road, so they’re going to endanger themselves and others because you tried to make a point or something?
Just leave a note if you want to send a message to them. They’re going to be mad about the note, dismiss it and excuse themselves, but… they’ll still have to think about it, which is a better result than any potential outcome of secretly destroying their tires, which from their point of view will be completely unrelated to their previous parking.
