I think people will never stop complaining about BOP. But LFM should actually have good data to make a decent one.
@highduc Maybe they should try introducing some incentives to actually use the service over superior alternatives.
What are the superior alternatives in ACC? I started using LFM for ACC just the past month and I enjoy it a lot, so I didn’t look into other alternatives
And how it’s today? I tested long time ago, but for slower driver it was just a bit better than public lobby. I still just prefer racing in private leagues with really big focus on clean racing.

Exactly how I feel about it too. It is a bit better, and you can at least report players who ruin your race.
I dislike that it forces you to drive until the end no matter what so you don’t lose SR, which kinda sucks if you were brutally taken out in lap 1 and have to pit, by the time you get back on track you’re 3 laps behind …
And regarding reports it’s better than nothing but highly tedious - make a movie, include all the angles, say the lap number, corner number, describe what happened …it takes a while but I got faster at it through practice :) And it’s not like you get your race back or your time or your points or anything …As I have an unfixed schedule at work, I cannot join leagues, so when I found LFM it was a god send for me. I don’t know how fast or slow I am, but I have been able to be in some good battles, and even my first win after defending for almost 20 minutes with my life after being at the lead with some faster drivers behind me.
Are there people that cause accidents? Yes, but they are not frequent. Do they deserve a penalty, most of the time not, other than newer guys that sometimes forget to check around before joining the racing line.

Superior alternatives? Would you mind sharing please? I don’t know anything better, but I’m very interested :)
They’ll get it wrong at least a few times. Not even iRacing can nail the BoP and they control everything about the cars.
If they can get it right then it’ll probably be decent, but as I don’t use LFM I’m not sure how bad the BoP currently is.
