Portland is in the midst of historic changes. This November, Portlanders will experience a new voting method when the city introduces ranked-choice voting (RCV) to elect its top officials. In January, a new form of government will be in place, with 12 City Councilors addressing legislative issues and a mayor focused on administrative management.
