The right being not to vote at all. Voting in this election is a vote for the system. Not voting is a vote stating you do not buy the theatre and BS.

In the last 20 years, the average voter turnout has been around 40%, trending upwards steadily. It got a big help by trump which made the 2020 election have a 66% voter turnout to vote him out (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voter_turnout_in_United_States_presidential_elections).

Politicians in pre-2000 sure must’ve felt the pressure of the non-voter stance constantly right? Influenced policy even? It’s crazy… But it almost seems like… The government only cares about votes that are submitted? That can’t be right though, you said by not voting I would be sticking it to them!

Non participation does not mean unaffected. Especially when a trump presidency puts new and increasing risks/pressure on already at risk groups

Where we are isnt good, and deserves condemnation and action to evoke positive change.

Where we could go (1 of 2 possible outcomes) is a whole lot worse.

Some people want to take the best realistic option to try to improve things. Some people just want to hold their chin up high and proud and watch shit burn
