Got a favorite dispensary for dabs?
Thanks! Its nice having a homie to sesh with who geeks out on dabs as much as i do. We do weekly flavor sharing sessions so we both get to try a lot more than we would otherwise.
Lately I’ve mostly been hitting SWED.CO for my dabs, as they’ve been right in the sweet spot for price, selection & quality, but I keep an eye on Kaleafa and the various Nectars as well. There aren’t a ton of dispos in my immediate vicinity, but those are the ones I go to regularly for dabs.
How do you measure dosing with dabs? I’ve never tried but I’m curious now.
I just eyeball the size of my dabs 🤷♂️
Lol damn way outta my league. Is the come up intense? I use type 2 stuff and work my way up to being stoned, I guess dabs aren’t for me right now.
Yes it’s intense, it’s definitely the quickest route to onset and intensity of effect (which is great for someone like me who uses primarily for medical reasons). If smoking flower is like drinking a beer, dabs are like doing shots. Absolutely the best taste, too. Doing them regularly will fuck your tolerance though, and mostly ruined me on the taste of smoking.
If you’re primarily into flower and not a heavy user i would try dry-herb vaping flower instead of smoking it, I highly recommend it. Finally got on the Dynavap train and can’t say enough good things about it. Super efficient (I’m still in awe of this), you can taste your herb instead of smoke, waaaay easier on lungs & throat (I’ve never coughed on a hit). Amazing for microdosing & working your way up to your preferred high too.
Oh yeah I’m a dry herb vaper myself and I looove the taste you get on the first few pulls.
I can’t really handle getting super stoned anymore so I definitely won’t be trying dabs it seems lol
I do have some dry sift hash I want to try though, guess that’s as hardcore as I’ll get and even that intimates me.
There are 1:1 & CBD concentrates, tho I’ve never had one that tasted good. Every dab I’ve tried w/ CBD tastes icky (I swear they all taste like weed mixed with Pepto Bismol)
That sounds terrible. I’ve been debating making some homemade rosin and giving it a try. Where’d you get that cbd dab stuff from? I can’t imagine the type 2 bud I have tasting bad, it’s delicious in the vape that’s so weird.
Maybe it’s just me. I’ve had a few strains of flower in various ratios of THC:CBD that were pretty good to smoke, but in dabs I’ve yet to try anything “high CBD” that didn’t taste off-putting. All my CBD concentrates have been from Oregon dispos.
How do you like the boost?
I have a DrDabber Switch and love it, but have been thinking about downsizing with one of the smaller handhelds
I’m not generally a fan of e-rigs but of the ones I’ve tried (peak, peak pro, proxy, switch, boost evo, xs, I don’t remember which others), the Boost is my favorite and the only one that I’ve seriously considered buying for myself.

Might just have to pick one up myself. I’ve had great experiences with the brand (they replaced the entire internals of my switch for free when it broke) so I don’t mind the little premium they cost.
