What do you like on your home made pizza? I gave up on ordering pizza from pizza shops… you go through the expensive trial and error of finding a good local one and they eventually change owners or something and turn to shit.
Sometimes (like tonight) I go the supreme style, with tomato, salami and veg. It depends a bit on what I have in my fridge. Roast pumpkin, caramelised onion and fetta is good. I have done a white sauce and mushroom once which was not bad, but probably best for a slice or two and not the whole pizza.
Pizza dough had been made. I was originally planning a stir-fry, but today seems much more suited to pizza.
