Why Democrats can't stop talking about Project 2025 - Washington Examiner - eviltoast

Under pressure from his party to drop out of the race, President Joe Biden even brought up defending against Project 2025 as reason to keep him in power.

I fucking hate that all corporate media is like

“Why are Democrats so scared of Project 2025? It’s just a little fascism. What could be the reason? Are they crazy for opposing it?”

Like no, Mein Orange Kampf should be fucking plastered everywhere in bright red letters as a warning

any individual involved in the crafting of it should forever have it hung around their necks for the next century. “so and so said blah, but remember in 2024 when they were involved with a seditious conspiracy to gut the government? so moving on…”

hundreds of people put their fucking names on this peon to a trump kakocracy. it should haunt them all.

It’s just a blueprint for the fascist takeover of America, the creation of the Fourth Reich, and a little light treason. What could go wrong? - Republican owned media (which is 90% of US Media right now.)

I’m just as critical of Biden as anyone here, and I’d vote for anyone else the DNC put up over him in a heartbeat. But holy shit this entire article is basically saying that Democrats are using Project 2025 as an excuse to deflect criticism from him, ignoring the fact that we’ve been wary of the Heritage Foundation since its inception. It’s actually a good thing that it’s finally getting attention.

Neither Trump nor his campaign have direct ties, though many former officials and staffers contributed to the project.

So people he hired because of ideological alignment then writing the ideological thing is not a direct tie?
