I bought a lifetime sub for the Calm app. Any tips on how to best use it? I have trouble with depression, stress, anger, and anxiety at the moment and was hoping some “calm app” users could help me. - eviltoast

    I think they have some meditation videos - maybe try meditation out? They also have exercise stuff I think yoga perhaps? Movement is good for depression. Good luck to you OP. If your insurance covers it, look into therapy as well.
