Is it the nearly flat roof that makes you say that? It looks like maybe 4 inch rise across eight feet, so a 1:24 pitch. “Roof felt” was the only roof covering I saw. Oh and they lined up all the siding seams which probably isn’t great.
That thing is going to leak and rot with any minor amount of rain.

Not enough pitch on the roof, no apparent eave, and the DRILLED wooden siding which is practically flat against the walls. It’s going to rot for sure.
