I have a crucial P2 500gb as my boot drive, and found out that it has a bug that reports it’s temperature as 2C-4C, which prompts a post screen everytime I turn my pc on.

I can bypass it by going to bios and going through windows there, but I would like to solve this problem.

The crucial software recognizes that there is an update for the ssd (and it lists the issue in the release notes), but the software isn’t updating it. It says that the update is complete, but when I refresh the page, it prompts an update again.

Has anyone been able to update the firmware, or is there any other way to update it?
