I totally get that it may not be physically possible to fit the car in one spot due to the charger positioning and cord length, but if that happened to me and the lot wasn’t virtually empty I would absolutely look for somewhere else to charge. Tesla guy is still the biggest dickhead here, I’m just saying I’d have some shame about taking up two spots if I had any other choice, which includes just leaving and charging somewhere else.
We’re all so wound up about problem we can’t fix that we’re at each other’s throats. The driver that called 911 lashed out at the person in front of him instead of the person who caused the problem in the first place
Why are we blaming a driver for the poor design of the charging station and the entitled attitude of the other driver? If I called the cops because a truck pulling a trailer blocked the pump behind him I’d be the one in trouble.
That is a very apt comparison.
Sometimes we just have to work with the infrastructure we have available, and being an asshole to someone just trying their best is shit behavior.
