And Delaware already legalized for recreational, but stores won’t be open to public until next year

It’s not working for Iowa. Minnesota, Illinois, and Missouri are legal but this former bastion of freedom and inclusion (remember gay marriage anyone?) is so fucking backwards now.

You can buy edibles from special state stores only in Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, and Philly. The stores are open Wednesday to Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM.

Yep. Good. Everyone just goes to the dispensary in jersey, or just gets the legally grey farm bill stuff from the smoke shop. Just blanket legalize the stuff already, and rake it in in. Put it towards infrastructure or smth, I don’t know. Hell can you legalize all the drugs while your at it, or decriminalise at least? Thanks.

This is how the dominoes of legalized gambling happened. States saw their neighbors raking in the cash and legalized gambling to keep their citizens’ dollars inside the state. It’s the same phenomenon now that pot is legal in states around PA, they want their people to spend that money inside the state to get tax revenue.
