Has anyone ever successfully completed this process–or even bothered to try?
Every single time. I’ve gotten over $100 every time but one, and the one time it was less than $100, it was $0.02. Which was funny because it was a paper check. I just framed it and it hangs on my wall.
One of them I not only opted in, I was one of the parties bringing the suit against my former employer because they were not paying us for our hours.
