I could see them using Reddit as a kind of masquerade it or shell company, where they put all the legal and geographical ownership under the Reddit name, but really all the decisions (for both platforms) are being made by the TikTok owners.
I think it’s likely to stick around, but my hot take is a future TikTok purchase of Reddit.
