        Maybe the US politics community, or one local to the region this person works for

        A generic community might not work as well because you’d need to understand the context behind what is being said

          I think that’s where I’m lost. I am an American following politics, and I don’t know who is supposed to be saying what, and none of these names are familiar to me.

            I apologize for the confusion! Mando is actually a US presidential candidate (democrat). On his website he has a list of his competitors and reasons why they suck, basically.

                Lol. I just thought the remarks were ridiculous and figured noone would see them. The guy is pretty disturbing tbh. Though I wouldn’t know where to rank him on a “most disturbing presidential candidates of 2024” list

    Good on you for asking instead of just assuming these are of earth-shaking importance and infinite hilarity to everyone on the planet.

    I’m sure there are politics, political “humor” subs where this fits right in. Several, in fact, on several instances. I would check my blocklist but it is a dozen pages long at this point, and not searchable. You’re on World, so have a look at https://lemmy.world/communities
