I don’t see this any differently than one of the many higher ups telling you to do something, if it’s a manager, assistant manager, store owner, or mr beast, i am simply a peasant doing peasant thangs.
He doesn’t employ them. Walmart has a contract with his business entity. A contract which probably has actual stipulations for things like this. He’s a twat for meddling and did it only for the publicity.
