I don’t wanna know who, I wanna know how

Like, these things don’t have any exposed ports to plug in a USB, do they?

I’ve seen a few that crashed and all of them were just windows PCs.

I managed to get to the desktop on one and opened up the browser before getting stopped. They just had the thing in tablet mode so I simply dragged from the bottom to reveal the taskbar and opened up edge before getting stopped by a manager

Vape pens, pregnancy tests, office phones, an Ikea lamp - I dunno if this new OP scenario is real, but even if this particular instance was faked, the scenario it describes could most definitely be done.

One of the funniest methods was to mod Doom Eternal and play the OG Doom inside of Doom. You know, so now you can play more Doom while you are playing Doom, for the sake of playing Doom. It’s Doom-ception, all the way down baby! :-P

Every machine I own, Windows or Linux gets four games.

    Deus Ex

    System Shock 2

    Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy

    Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force

All are DRM free and capable of running on the most potato 🥔 of all modern hardware.
