Yeah, that was an awesome game. I’m a fan of both teams, but I wanted the Lions to do well because it’s been way too long.

That was a truly awful showing, and coaching was a huge part of it. You know they want to bully you, they do, and you’re just sitting in two high soft zones that also don’t defend the pass all night.

If they fire McCarthy’s ass and bring in Bill that team is a wagon though.

How is no one criticizing Dan Quinn? His defense was touted as one of the best in the league all season and during this game they couldn’t even stop a nose bleed.

Because McCarthy is the head coach.

Both sides of the ball are his responsibility, and he’s done the same horribly underachieving in the playoffs his entire career no matter who his coordinators have been.

Almost the first time in the history of the World Wide Web itself.

The World Wide Web was publicly released in August 1991, and the Lions last won a playoff game in January 1992.

There were only 2 websites in the world the last time the Lions won a playoff game. The third website ever was registered in February 1992.

I don’t get the people that were disappointed with quality playoff football this weekend. We got to see the Packers, who nobody expected to make it to the playoffs, absolutely smoke the Cowboys. We saw Andy Reid grow icicles on his mustache like a walrus. Then we saw the Lions win a playoff game for the first time since BEFORE WINDOWS 3.1 was released, in a super close game. What more do you people want?!
