Trump team argues assassination of rivals is covered by presidential immunity - eviltoast

Former President Trump’s legal team suggested Tuesday that even a president directing SEAL Team Six to kill a political opponent would be an action barred from prosecution given a former executive’s broad immunity to criminal prosecution.

    Obama literally ordered the assassination of Osama Bin Ladin and no one is trying to persecute him for murder, so I think Trump is 100% correct in his thought process.

      Thanks for pointing out to us that you’re unable to differentiate the distinctions between mass murdering terrorists and political rivals.

      Or for that matter, the difference between persecution and prosecution.
