Super niche question for people familiar with lulu’s logistics in Canada.
My gorgeous French Press foil aligns are stuck in transit. Lulu says theyve left the warehouse and are stuck in the Warehouse to FedEx part of the journey. On FedEx all it says is “Label created” since late December.
My question is, who handles that leg of the journey? Does lulu contract a 3rd party provider to drop off goods to FedEx? And of so, any way to find out who that provider is in Canada?
Or does FedEx come and pick up the goods from the lulu warehouse? When I worked in a B2C business, this was the arrangement.
I’m trying to figure out the likelihood of these actually being delivered and whether following up with FedEx is worth the effort.
