I am currently using Chrome browser on Android and I am getting fed up of almost every website I visit having auto play video ads on top of the content. This tactic has increased massively in the past year or so. I’m concerned that when I go abroad this is going to eat up all of my roaming data.

I have looked into several alternative browsers that allow adblocking such as Brave, Vivaldi etc but I can’t get used to the UI.

Mainly I’m just looking for one with a UI similar to Chrome with the address bar, new tab and home buttons at the top (no extra clicks) and the home page needs to have a Google search bar and the news feed that you get with Chrome. Ideally 8 “most visited” pages on the home page as well or customisable shortcuts.

Maybe I’m asking too much. Does such a thing exist? Basically I just want Chrome without the ads making the experience miserable.

I actually like Vivaldi but it’s not perfect, such as no news feed on the home page.
