    Just going to throw this in, as an ex-pro gamer with years of messed up sleep and circadian rhythm…

    GO FUCKING SLEEP FOR 7½H AND WAKE UP BEFORE 10. WAKE UP AND GET YOUR 10MIN SUNSHINE, HALF NAKED

    Food, exercise, lifestyle, money, wife/girlfriend/socials… everything else is secondary.

    The only exception is for parents who have toddlers for their first 3 years.
