Ten men from different regions of Ukraine contacted the organizer and “hired” a ferry to Moldova. The “ticket” cost $5,000 each. However, instead of a ferry on the bank of the Dniester, a detachment of the Mogilev-Podilskyi border detachment was waiting for them.
The border guards “covered” the “insurance risks” of the grieving tourists by issuing them “tickets” to the court.
