I had to(finally) replace an W XP machine for a W10 using an zebra tlp2288 by usb that prints from Sap

Now the label prints right but when you have to cut it you damage the list label, since it gets inside the printer, how to configure it to drop more of the last label?

I also try to get a new printer zd420, using network drivers and I had similar situations, when it prints, half of the label is inside the printer when it finishes, so can cut it after!, I was able to solve the rest of the situations, but this makes it hard for the user to remove the labels, ideas?

Another situation that wasn’t happening, is that when they choose to print more then one labels of the same it only prints one! If we choose the option to join the labels it prints all but one by one, it takes forever to print all, also the users are already “formatted” to just click to print, any ideas?
