Hi, can anyone help with recommendations. I’m looking for someone to do a full forearm blackout coverup tattoo. I’m not really sure where to look, I have contacted a few places but not had responses. I know many artists won’t do this type of thing because it’s not a design and they find them boring, so I’m not really sure what to do! Is there anyone that specialises in this or that anyone can recommend who does this type of thing. It can’t be that uncommon it’s just not really the typical thing to ask for either or something that artists advertise.
