Building a new house and going all in on Ubiquiti (no prior experience using any UI products, fingers crossed!)

Getting google fiber 2gig installed tomorrow so will be setting up network & cameras this week.

My setup is: Dream Machine Special Edition Professional 48 POE switch 5 U6 Enterprise Access Points NVR Pro 7 G5 Domes 4 AI Professionals 4 G5 Professionals 1 AI Theta 1 G5 Flex 1 G4 Doorbell Professional POE

For the NVR Pro, do I need to buy separate Hard Drives for this to work? Or is there storage included with it or within the Dream Machine SE?

Anything else I am missing with this setup?

I have seen some other posts about people not getting the full 2gig pulling in but for some reason getting capped at 1gig, is that a problem I will also need to deal with given the above setup?

Appreciate any comments or feedback.

Also would appreciate any general new to Ubiquiti setup or ongoing/operational advice for how to get the most out of the ecosystem.
