Typically omelets are creamier while scrambled eggs are dry. its like a medium rare steak vs a well done steak, one is perfectly cooked while the other is overcooked.
No offense comrade, but why the fuck are you burning your scrambled eggs. I have made tons of scrambled eggs and they are not dry.
