I pay for, and normally get 500+ Mbps via ethernet.

The cat 6 ethernet cable, PC, and router (Tenda AXE5700 | Wi-Fi 6E) are all brand new.

I have already forced the Speed & Duplex setting into 1.0 Gbps, and the only thing that un-caps my 10 Mbps ethernet connection is by unplugging/plugging the ethernet or power cable.

Has anyone ever come across a fundamental problem associated with ethernet connections capping to 10 Mbps when the cable isn’t the problem? I don’t know where else to look.

For reference, while I don’t know *a lot*, I *am* an IT student.

Any help or other advice here is much appreciated.
