BlackRock Close to Filing for Bitcoin ETF Application: Source - eviltoast
BlackRock will be using Coinbase (COIN) Custody for the ETF and the crypto exchange’s spot market data for pricing, the source said.

How do people feel about Bitcoin ETFs? I personally don’t see the appeal but I guess it helps make it more accessible to some folks?

    Yeah I am in favor only because an accepted ETF adds an extra hurdle to a later ban. Embedding Bitcoin in existing systems helps make it harder for governments to later ban Bitcoin when it really starts to hurt them.
