Finally, a cop does the right thing. As expected, it happened this time only because it affected the arresting cop personally. (Cop’s girlfriend was a victim of the ICE’s assault).

I just wanted to note that, unlike police or ICE, the old guy shot once and stopped and then immediately reported it to police (his personal friend police but still, he’d probably already been called by the daughter earlier in the fight so he was there first) and nobody tried to cover it up. They also called the ambulance, so he’s going to survive.

The ICE drunk was too arrogant to just leave. Does sleeping on their property constitute “Quartering”? Would be fun to add that to the assault charges.

      This is so misleading…

The ICE agent was sleeping on their lawn, the 72 year old went out to get rid of him. The ICE agent attacked the 72 year old. His daughter tried to help, and became the new target. The 72 year old shot him.

The old guy with the gun did the right thing. The cop arrived late, per the usual. And yeah, he didn’t arrest his girlfriends Dad, he arrested the drunk ICE agent.

Fresno City Councilmember Mike Karbassi released a statement on the incident, saying in part, “Enough is enough. We’ve endured days of fear-stricken enforcement that has now tilted into full-bore violence. I am calling on ICE to suspend its ongoing operations in the Central Valley.”
