A new date has been communicated for the previously cancelled/postponed 2026 edition of Inter-LGBT’s “Marche des Fiertés LGBTQIA+ de Paris Île-de-France”. (Rough translation: “Paris & Île-de-France LGBTQIA+ prides march”.)
The event will take place on saturday the 3rd of october 2026.
The key points are:
- preliminary speeches: 13:30, place d’Italie
- procession’s start: 14:00, place d’Italie
- procession’s destination: place de la Bastille
- end concert: ???, place de la Bastille (I don’t know the estimated hour)
- motto for this edition:
- FR: « 2027 : Solidarité, diversité, LGBT+ & allié-es. »
- EN (rough translation): “2027: Solidarity, diversity, LGBT+ & allies.”

Note on the previous date: The event was originally supposed to take place the 27th of june, but got cancelled by the authorities. The stated reason was the intense heatwave and the (very real) public health risk caused by the heatwave. The Inter-LGBT decided to comply short-term while postponing the event at another undefined date, aiming for september.
Unrelated note for those who don’t know france’s geography at all: “Île-de-France” is the official name of the french region where Paris is. It is also commonly known as “Région parisienne” (parisian region). It is also often called “Paris” by people from other regions, but it is very reductive: Parisians and other Francillians (the region’s inhabitants) don’t usually identify to one another.
