    If it’s the tank that’s leaking, best to replace it. Not sure its worth fixing.

    As an owner it should cost around $2k for a new one. At least that’s what I paid 3 years ago.

      I’m not sure where or what it’s leaking from. There was a substantial amount of water flowing.

      If that’s the cost of a new one I guess I’m out of luck for a good while.

        Could just be a valve too. Those are much cheaper. Had one go years ago. A stream was pissing out the side from the relief pipe. Cost about $200 to fix.

          I can only hope that it’s lucky. Been experiencing like a water hammer noise for awhile and maybe the pipe at the back leading into the water unit finally burst.

          Or unlucky if the whole unit needs to be replaced
