If you up/downvote a post and then change your mind, the count is reflected but the up/downvote remains rather than being reset to show no action taken. This was the case previously so some recent change introduced this.
I’ll piggyback another one. If a link on a post is long, perhaps a shorter character display limit should be added. Example.

If this were implemented, I would prefer it to be an optional setting. If someone raw pastes a super long link, that is their decision, and I would want to be able to view it as the author intended if I wished.
I think on the list view it looks out of place. When you’re viewing the post, I don’t think it needs to be shortened there. And on card view, it’s probably fine as well.
Hi, thanks for the reports! Both issues should be fixed now on beta v454. Cheers!
The vote undoing is fixed but if you do it for your own posts then it’s still an issue in 454. Also your vote total gets messed up as well and you keep sliding in the negative when you undo an upvote and then restore it; to test. Some people intentionally downvote some of their posts so maybe some sort of manual option to reset a user vote total would work for them and me, who’s sitting at -8 for myself.
EDIT: Also, I tried importing a settings export from yesterday to try and fix the -8 thing and it didn’t fix it. Not sure if it’s just because of this particular issue or an issue with vote totals not being exported?
EDIT2: Actually, that reset function is useful. There’s a couple of accounts with vote counts that I would like to reset and now I can at will.
