minus-squareBitSound@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up4·1 year agoDo you have more info or a link? I don’t use hearing aids. Is this using hearing aids with your computer via Bluetooth?
minus-squareWidowsFavoriteSon@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up1arrow-down2·1 year agoYes. My hearing aids can link to android and iPhone via ADSP2 protocol. And although they will link to my PC, Pipewire refuses to recognize them as a sound device. I dunno why, not a programmer.
minus-squareMolecular0079@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up3·1 year agoDo you mean Bluetooth A2DP? Pipewire should support that just fine as that’s just the normal way high quality Bluetooth audio works. Check in your audio settings to make sure it’s using the right profile. Sometimes it might default to HSP or even to off in some cases.
