Moreover, the restaurant will return to the site with a new “flagship” restaurant located within the redevelopment’s ground-level commercial uses.
Ooof, I can’t imagine that distinctive Mcdonald’s smell won’t waft through the first few floors pretty constantly.
I dunno, does anyone live above a similar restaurant situation? Do the smells make it through?
