I have two official bands and a bunch of knockoff sport loops because Apple gave up on making ones that look nice, so it’s not a big deal to me if they change the connector. I’m not planning on upgrading from my Series 7 for a couple more years anyway, so it’s not like I’d have to get rid of my bands in the first place.
I applaud your band strategy. Going forward, I’ll be more judicial in my purchases should new bands become necessary. Thanks!
