There was a British (I think?) TV show called “misfits” that was about some teenagers getting superpowers. One episode they fought against somebody that could control milk and laughed at him for his power - until he murdered them all by using the milk from their breakfast to stop their hearts.
Great show in my memory.

I thought of the same episode when reading the post. Truly a great show with a new take on superpowers.
