It is an analysis, and it happens to be exactly what happens. Capitalism does not enrich an area…it expands and exploits to the greatest extent possible.
Its a stupid analysis. You can make this analysis against any group being targeted. Its a common behavior to redirect the anger. The political class and lenin does this same thing. Its completely irrelevant to capitalism you find this exact behavior all throughout history in every type of economic system.
