Is there a way to make this stay above the keyboard so I don’t have to tap twice to access my photos? - eviltoast

I liked before the update when I only had to tap once

    Ever since this update, I can only get the damn photos to open about 50% of the time. I usually have to go to my Photos app and send the message from there because the Messages app doesn’t open photos.
