When are carriers going to intercept these calls and prevent them from coming to us??? - eviltoast

They KNOW they’re spam calls. They KNOW the uncheckmarked numbers are not valid. So why the hell do they let these calls through? Anyone know?

    aren’t they required to develop systems to prevent this in order to keep CRTC licenses?
