There’s no way that can be a normal degradation of a professional grade battery. Generally this is light use when I want to get out of the office and sitting on the couch or coffee table.

My usage is all over the place, it’s a healthy mix of plugged in, on the couch, on the go, for work meetings when I want to move around the house etc.
