Why is my connection throughput all over the place? - eviltoast

Using Ethernet, connection will go as high as 450 Mbps and then dip into the kbps. Why is this happening? No one else is using the network.

    This is just current activity, not link speed, available bandwidth, or any real measurement of your max connection speed. This looks normal.
