It’s a type of Korean barbecue. Thinly sliced grilled meat served in a sauce that is sort of like Korean asian pear teriyaki sauce. A mix of soy, brown sugar, asian pear, garlic, ginger, pepper, sesame oil. Every household, and region, has their own little variation on the sauce.

I have not tried this before, guess I’ll add it to my list, sounds (and looks) great!
