Me: Vac-Vac fruit

It is a vacuum paramecia! I can turn any space within 100 m radius of me into a vacuum. I’m able to control the size and shape of this vacuum. When a vacuum is made, all atoms are pushed to the edge of the vacuum. After physics takes shape and matter will try to fill in that space. Any energy released as a result of this is nullified (otherwise I’d be splitting atoms and molecules which would release heavy explosives, that be too op)

To make this not as op, I can’t activate more than one vacuum at the same time

One of my masteries is, when I punch I make a vacuum small enough to be the insides of the body. My punch impact is heighten as your internals will collapse as I hit. Obviously haki should be able to resist the vacuum power.

Awakened ability allows me to make vacuums at an atomic level, basically allowing me to break down atoms. Everything will collapse back in the middle as hydrogen. Downside is the radius of this vacuum is limited to 1 m.
