Hey guys, I search since long time for an episode were this scene happens:

Homer and others (maybe just the family, maybe other citizen) sitting around the dinner-table (not kitchen). Homer stands up and is proclaiming something friendly when Bart interrupts him with a naughty comment. Homer then starts to strangle him with one hand and continues his proclamation, with lose grip but still his hand on barts neck. Suddenly his attention goes back to Bart and he strongly strangles him two more times full of anger and then continues his friendly telling.

Any idea where this could happen?

i am just sure it was the golden old time of simpsons, nothing after season 18
