But if I set the switch to on it works as intended.

It’s not the signal being sent being too low. I cranked it and it still wouldn’t turn on.

So couple questions.

  1. Anyone experience this and know a fix?
  2. Does leaving the subwoofer switch to the on position reduce the longevity of the sub? More specifically the power supply/amp part of the subwoofer assembly? I don’t care about power consumption as much as I care about burning out the sub prematurely
