I can take a pretty hot shower and still not have those problems. I basically solved it by no longer taking my phone into the shower.
why not take a bath? you won’t waste as much water as a fully running shower.
This depends on how big the bath is and how long you stay under the shower!
I find a bath less refreshing and also more likely to make me sweat and feel uncomfortably warm. I can take a pretty hot shower and still not have those problems.
I basically solved it by no longer taking my phone into the shower.
