About half way down the settings list is “open links in external browser”. I’m pretty sure that will open YouTube links in the default app. You have to set ReVanced as the default in Android settings. Unfortunately the setting applies to all link types, not just those for YouTube. It would be nice to split up link handling for specific apps.
