My cat doesn’t like a cold butt. If I’m laying on the couch she’ll tuck her butt into my armpit. She likes being under covers up to her waist.
I think she’s got some arthritis in her back axle, and warmth helps ease it. Where I really see it is when she’s washing. Her bathtime yoga is a bit creaky.
